I’m Milita, founder of M•BT. My journey in the beauty world started young – I was only 15! Not long after, I found myself leading masterclasses, sharing tips and techniques with beauty lovers in Lithuania and beyond. After years of pouring my heart into this industry, I launched my own beauty spaces with professional masters – STUDIO M and STUDIO M URBAN. It’s been a dream come true to create places where people can embrace their unique beauty, just like I’ve always believed.
Years of experience have helped me understand what women want and how makeup can transform not just a look, but how they feel. That’s when M•BT was born – out of a desire to empower every woman to express herself through beauty.
M•BT is about the confident, charismatic, and unique woman. It’s for the woman who owns her life, who walks through the world with curiosity, not fear. It's about a women, who creates her own rules.
Working in the beauty industry for more than 10 years, I saw how just a few well-done strokes of makeup can transform a woman. It’s incredible – after makeup, her body language shifts, she stands taller, and her voice carries more confidence. To me, beauty and makeup don’t have rules.
